Conversion Digital doubles down on strategy, Salesforce, and content.
Toronto agency Conversion Digital is pleased to announce three senior appointments, new branding, and expanded Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities. Conversion Digital designs intelligent customer communications and powers marketing automation for top-tier brands such as Cineplex, Second Cup, LCBO, Kobo, Scotiabank, SiriusXM, Primus, and Mackenzie Financial.
Jonathan Huth, CEO, continues to guide his team to be one of the best in the industry. His 25 years of experience in building award-winning CRM at AIR MILES, Scotiabank, and Indigo are driving the agency’s focus and continued success.
“Conversion is a specialized agency for smart, data-driven marketers seeking to achieve measurable results from their CRM programs,” Huth said. “Everyone is talking about the dream of marketing automation and brand-building CRM, but few agencies are able to do it well. Conversion is already part of the next wave of digital marketing, creating automated, personalized, and well-designed communications to generate a payback on clients' data investments.”
Formerly at Ariad Communications, Marnie Kramarich and Jeff Moores have joined Conversion as SVP of Client Solutions and VP of Client Services to bolster Conversion’s Salesforce, Content Strategy, and Client Services expertise. As well, David MacLeod, with prior tier-one leadership roles at American Express and LoyaltyOne, has been promoted to Chief Strategy Officer.
In keeping with the vision to enable the dream of automated CRM, Conversion Digital is now a certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Partner and has hired some of North America’s top Salesforce-certified developers, specialists, and solutions consultants.
“At Conversion Digital, we’ve seen first-hand how Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys can drive legendary ROI and great customer experiences,” says Jeff Moores. “There’s nothing we like more than making that Salesforce vision of truly 1-to-1, data-driven marketing come to life for our clients.”
Finally, Conversion Digital has a new website, ConversionDigital.ca, a new logo, and a fresh new look across all its communication channels.
